Pendants & Bracelets For Men & Women
The Cho Ku Rei is the power symbol of Reiki and its literal meaning is ‘power of the universe come to me now’. Even though students are traditionally attuned to its use at Level 1, they are able to use it fully until their training at Level 2.
This symbol represents the flow of energy into the physical body. The horizontal line represents the Reiki source. The vertical line symbolises the energy flow and the spiral that touches the middle line seven times represents the seven chakras. The symbol can be used to increase the power of Reiki like a switch and also be used for protection.
The literal meaning of this symbol is harmony or ‘let the mind be still’. Students of Reiki are attuned to this symbol at Level 2 of their training. It is used for purification, cleansing and protection, by directing energy to the emotional body and subconscious mind. It helps people to bring to the surface and release the mental/emotional causes of their problems. It is a Reiki symbol full of love.
A suggestion for a gemstone for this pendant would be an amethyst; the purple gem traditionally associated with the Brow Chakra to enhance the symbol's power.
Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen is the 3rd Reiki Symbol - the Reiki symbol of unity, origin, connection - and students are attuned to this symbol at Master Level.
You will be able to use the symbol on your jewellery item in your distance healing. A very useful symbol, it can be used to send energies from afar. Time and distance is no problem when using this Reiki symbol. Many practitioners consider Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen as the most useful and powerful symbol.
The Dai Ko Myo in Usui Reiki is known as the 'Master' symbol. Students receive the master symbol from their Reiki teacher during the attunement. It is one of the most powerful symbols in Reiki that can be used only by Reiki Masters.
The power of the Reiki Master symbol combines the power of the first three symbols, Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. It is the symbol with the highest vibration.
The Reiki Symbols are keys to doorways of energy with which, as an attuned Reiki Healer, you can activate the code vibration to initiate the flow of energy. You will be able to use your chosen pendant or bracelet symbol in your healing sessions.
The men's pendants and bracelets are made using sterling silver and leather cord. There is also a choice of a sterling silver chain for those who prefer. Jill will design your chosen Reiki item according to your personal preference so please remember to give your wrist size/necklace length. The materials used are copper, sterling silver and leather cord - either black or antique brown. You may add a gemstone or not.
If you have something different in mind, Jill will be able to discuss your ideas with you before designing and confirming a price. Please contact Jill directly to discuss via the contact page. Alternatively, just order one of the non-customised pieces shown in the photos here from the shop.
